Zenora Booking Platform

Salons, clinics and spas often run their day across separate tools: one for bookings, another for payments, and a phone full of WhatsApp messages. Most booking software schedules people only, so the one laser or treatment room gets double-booked, and beauty tools rarely keep proper clinical records. The goal was one platform for many businesses at once, with each business's data strictly separated, health information protected, and the product working equally well in Arabic and English.

We built a multi-tenant SaaS covering the whole working day: calendar, online booking, till, invoicing, gift cards, memberships, inventory, reminders and reporting. Its scheduling engine books staff, rooms and equipment together and re-checks every booking as it is saved, so double bookings are prevented even when many people book at the same moment. An AI assistant answers customers on WhatsApp and Instagram, books and reschedules appointments, and hands the conversation to staff when needed. Data separation between businesses is enforced in the database layer itself, health records are encrypted, and the full interface supports Arabic right-to-left. Twenty-five industry presets let a new business start with services, vocabulary and policies already set up, and three subscription plans are enforced on the server.
