The rules for using the UltraSync website, assistant and community, written to be read.
1. Using this website
These terms apply to this website, including the website assistant and the community, operated by UltraSync. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Inquiries, proposals and project work
Sending a project inquiry doesn't create a contract. Prices, timelines and descriptions on this site are general information, not offers. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
3. The website assistant
The assistant gives automated, general answers based on information we prepared. It can be incomplete or out of date, and its answers are not quotes or commitments. When you need a definite answer, ask to speak to a person.
4. Community accounts and rules
You must give accurate details when you create an account, keep your password private, and are responsible for activity on your account. In the community, please:
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
- No spam, unsolicited advertising, scams or misleading links.
- Don't share anyone's private information, or content you don't have the right to share.
- Nothing illegal, sexually explicit or harmful, and no malware.
- Keep posts on topic for the channel.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and members can report messages to our moderators. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it in the community for as long as it stays there. Don't post confidential information: community channels are public.
6. Our content
The site's design, text, graphics, logo and code belong to UltraSync or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages, but not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Client names and projects shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, get around its security or rate limits, or use it to send spam. If you find a security issue, please tell us privately: use our contact form.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Links to other websites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions? use our contact form. See also our Privacy Policy.
