Heal with Nat

A growing holistic health practice had outgrown the patchwork of a website builder and a third-party scheduling tool. It needed a site that felt as calm and considered as its sessions, and a booking system it fully owned: one that takes payment upfront, never double-books, runs consultations online, and keeps sensitive health information private by design.

We designed and built a cinematic, animated website and a custom booking platform as one product. Clients choose a service, pick a time shown in their own time zone, pay securely, and get a Zoom link and calendar invite automatically. They can then message the practitioner through live chat with push notifications. Behind it sits a complete practice dashboard: calendar, bookings, client records, payments and credits, discount codes, email campaigns, testimonials, and a content editor that lets the owner change the site without a developer. Double-booking is ruled out at the database level, health notes are encrypted and every access is logged, and every release is tested and deployed automatically, with rollback built in.
