Parents wait at the curb with no idea where the school bus is, and when something goes wrong, schools struggle to prove which child was on which bus and when. A child's location is highly sensitive, so each family must see only their own stop, and only while the bus is running. Parents rarely have the app open, so updates have to reach them as push alerts. And the platform had to give accurate arrival times in cities where commercial traffic data is patchy or missing.

We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform with dedicated experiences for parents, drivers, school administrators and the operator's own team, all from a single installable web app. The driver's phone streams GPS to a real-time engine that detects real arrivals and pushes the bus's position live to authorised viewers only. Arrival times follow actual traffic: where commercial map data falls short, the platform learns road speeds from the school's own buses. Schools build routes by picking families' homes on a map and let the system order them by drive time, while a single notification pipeline sends boarding, drop-off, delay and safety alerts in English, Arabic and French, with a delivery record for every message. Strict data separation between schools, an audit log and a back-office for accounts, pricing and invoicing make it ready to sell to many schools at once.
